Could this harmless looking garden gnome and man-in-black with the bullhorn represent some of the odd inhabitants we can expect to find in Bioshock 2!?  You make the call.

OK, so, it's really just a website image for the 80s synthpop band Erasure - ha - made ya look   But damn - if it didn't immediately make me think of Bioshock, what with the subway tiles and train schedules - it just screamed bathysphere station! 

And the odd neon lighting makes it look as though Andy Bell is using his Electro Bolt 3 on that little gnome!  But maybe he's a nasty gnome - take that you nasty garden gnome - you're just a puppet!  Real men choose!
