Set to coincide with the Leipzig GC, in Germany, Valve has released the second in a series of trailers introducing the classes in their upcoming Team Fortress 2.  This time, Meet the Soldier!

Aside from Call of Duty 4 - this is the one multiplayer FPS I'm savin' my duckies for!

ABOUT THE SOLDIER:

Name: Soldier

Bio: Though he wanted desperately to fight in World War 2, the Soldier was rejected from every branch of the U.S. military. Undaunted, he bought his own ticket to Europe. After arriving and finally locating Poland, the Soldier taught himself how to load and fire a variety of weapons before embarking on a Nazi killing spree for which he was awarded several medals that he designed and made himself. His rampage ended immediately upon hearing about the end of the war in 1949.

ABOUT TEAM FORTRESS 2: Team Fortress 2 (TF2) is the sequel to the game that put class-based, multiplayer team warfare on the map. This video showcases TF2's implementation of the Source engine's advanced facial animation technology, which enables real-time, in-game, in-engine facial animations that can now surpass the facial animations used in feature film and broadcast television production. Team Fortress 2 is coming Fall 2007 as part of the Orange Box, which also features Half-Life® 2: Episode Two and Portal and includes Half-Life® 2 and Half-Life® 2: Episode One. The Orange Box will be available for the PC, as well as the Xbox® 360 and Playstation® 3 console systems.
