Vivendi Universal Games Snags Eragon Game Deal Eragon is a book. A best selling fantasy novel actually, written by Christopher Paolini. I read it, and liked it. The story involves a kid and a dragon. It just doesn't get much better than that. The film is due in December so, of course, we're also expecting some games in November.
Looks like VU Games realized the potential of this little boy+dragon story and has announced that they will be publishing all video game adaptations. Stormfront is developing the games for the PlayStation 2, Xbox, Xbox 360, and PC, while Amaze Entertainment is working on the title for the DS, GBA and PSP.
