GameStop Catching Up With the 360

I imagine it was pretty irritating that while you'd put down at least fifty dollars to guarantee your Xbox 360 on launch day and were turned away at the door. I also imagine that you were especially unhappy when their local Best Buy was getting systems in while GameStop was getting nothing, meaning: Your jerk neighbor who hadn't decided to get 360 until yesterday was bringing his home and you weren't. Punk.

Well, for those of you that waited patiently for the preorders to fill it looks like your prayers are being answered. According to Gamespot, GameStop Headquarters sent an email to their stores announcing that 70 percent of their preorders had been filled and that the rest of them would be finished in February. You can stop playing nice with your neighbor now.
