While I found the addition of weather and motorcycles a questionable sequel crutch, the game still has plenty of value and provides a solid offering for fans of the series.
I'm not sure why you're all down on the weather effects bro - don't you know by now that awesome water effects are proven to help sell games 40% more effectively than those without? :) I'm with you on the bikes though - unless you're going to add some Road rash antics - leave the bikes out of my racer :)
