NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. SWEEPSTAKES IS ONLY OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES, THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, OR CANADA, EXCLUDING THE PROVINCE OF QUEBEC, WHO ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. The Mass Effect Giveaway ("Sweepstakes"Icon_wink commences at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time on December, 25th, 2007 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on January 31st, 2008 and consists of one random drawings. Sweepstakes is sponsored by Gamehelper.com, 5925 San Jose Ave, Richmond, Ca 94804

(1) Eligibility: Sweepstakes is offered only to all natural persons who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and are legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, or Canada, excluding the province of Quebec for the duration of the Sweepstakes. Employees, independent contractors, officers, and directors of Sponsor, their affiliates and/or subsidiaries, Sponsor's advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household of such persons, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law.

(2) How to Enter: (1) On line: Access the Gamehelper web site at http://www.gamehelper.com/community/contest, (registration is required) complete the Entry Form by entering your responses to all three (3) questions listed in the ‘Contest Directive’ and click on the "Submit" button, you will be entered automatically;  Entries eligible for a given drawing period (as set forth below) will not be included in subsequent drawings, if any; however, you may submit one (1) entry per person, household or e-mail address per contest period (the period of the Mass Effect contest is outlined in the opening paragraph of the Official Rules.) (In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted a particular on-line entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account.) Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, or postage-due entries. Incomplete or illegible entries are not eligible. In order to be eligible, electronic entries must be received no later than 11:59pm PST on January 31st, 2008.

(3) Prize: One Grand Prize winner selected from all eligible entries will receive one of the following: One copy of Mass Effect for Xbox 360 (Total approximate retail value US $59.99)   No alternative prize, cash equivalent, or other substitution is permitted except by Sponsor in the event of prize unavailability. Prize is nontransferable. Prizes are awarded ‘as-is’. Sponsor is not responsible for any defective or damaged prizes. All federal, state and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Eligible Entries are those that have been submitted in the manner outlined in Section (2) and have all three (3) answers correct.  Entries with incorrect answers will not be eligible to win.

(4) Winner: Winners will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Random drawing will be conducted by Gamehelper.com. All decisions by Gamehelper.com in regard to this sweepstakes are final and binding. Odds of winning depend on total number of entries received. Based on the number of anticipated eligible entries for each drawing period, the estimated overall odds of winning a prize 1 out of 15,000.  In order to claim prize, each Winner may be required to complete an affidavit or declaration of eligibility and/or liability and publicity release which must be signed and returned so that it is received within 7 days of date printed on notification or alternate winner will be selected at random. If selected winner is not of the age of majority in winner's state of residence, parental permission may be required to release the prize or the prize may be awarded to winner's parent or legal guardian. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner. Accepting and/or using prizes constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use Winner's name, voice, hometown and/or likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.

(5) General Terms and Conditions: By participating, entrants agree that Sponsor, its shareholders, agents and representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible or liable for, and shall be released and held harmless from: (i) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (ii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes; (iv) any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to suspend or cancel Sweepstakes at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.
