After nearly a month of niche and lackluster Rock Band DLC offerings Harmonix gets creative with Motley Crue and Judas Priest releases.

One of the highlights of the Game Developer’s Conference is the Annual Game Developer’s Choice Awards – an awards show that recognizes some of the best games of the prior year.  But the winners here are selected by developers, and that’s not an easy task considering the amazing year 2007 was for games. 

What is a big announcement anyway?  We’re not sure how big, but we’re pretty sure even you could bet on that an announcement for Gears of War 2 was inevitable.  Lead Designer at Epic Cliffy B made a big entrance at the Game Developer’s Conference this year (nice chainsaw Cliff, very subtle) to announce that Gears of War 2 was coming exclusively to the Xbox 360 in November.
