You know all those pick-ups you collect through the single-player campaign in Call of Duty 4?  You know, the one in the guise of laptops containing enemy intel?  Well, apparently, if you collect enough of them you can unlock one of the silliest cheat modes ever concocted that essentially converts your play experience into a 1920s style silent film - complete with rollicking piano score.

Other options include grenades that become cluster bombs or an inverteded color mode - which apparently is great for inducing headaches.
